I create confusing and uncanny video pieces. I use green screen to create multiple copies of myself, to be placed in these ‘episodes’, which are designed to agitate and entice the viewer. I use video to achieve this, because as a society, we are naturally attracted to a moving image, we feel compelled to look if a screen is present. We assume that there will be a form of narrative.

My work has no clear narrative. The main intention of my work is to frustrate by not allowing access to the true narrative of my work; the work dupes the viewer into assuming so.

By including characters and the set up for the basis of a ‘plot’, in these bizarre yet oddly familiar scenes - I don’t give the audience what they want, I tease, but never fully reveal an existing plot.'
